The m series
The M-Series Programs are designed to stimulate muscle growth and burn fat.

You will be resistance training 4 days a week, either at home or in a gym. There is no formal cardio requirements of the M-Series Programs and you will only need to focus on your daily step count.

Previous Challengers have dropped body fat and made remarkable changes to their physiques and lifestyles with our programs and nutrition tailored to suit their goals.

Our Speciality Programs are designed to help you build a specific body part.

You will be resistance training 4 days a week, primarily in a gym setting. Some modification is required if you are training at home. There is no formal cardio requirements in our Speciality Programs and you will only need to focus on your daily step count.
