Which M CHALLENGE Program is for me?

Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced is an indication of your Training Experience, the Nutrition Plans are the same for each of these as they match the Program, not your Training level.

Lose Body Fat

If your goal is to get a strong, lean and muscular body, with great muscle definition, and a six pack – then the M Challenge program is for you! The program was developed to help you build lean muscle and shed excess body fat over 12 weeks and is tailored to your individual needs.

The Program includes Gym and Home options for exercise and different workout lengths and body-part splits.

Who it's suitable for?

The M Challenge Program is aimed at people who:

  • Are already training in the gym or playing sport and want to take your physique to the next level
  • Have around 5 – 15kg or more of body fat to lose
  • Want to add more lean muscle or increase your fitness
  • Can dedicate 4 days a week to some hard training in the gym plus some walking

Build Muscle.

If your goal is to Gain Muscle, build lean mass and increase Strength – then the M Challenge Program is perfect for you! The program was developed to help you get stronger while increasing muscle mass over 12 weeks.

The Program includes Gym and Home options, as well as Beginner Intermediate and Advanced levels.

Who it's suitable for?

The M Challenge Program is aimed at people who:

• Are willing to work hard in the Gym

  • Find it hard to gain weight
  • Want to add more Muscle Mass
  • Are wanting some variety in progamming 
  • Can dedicate 4 – days a week to some hard training in the gym.
