Here is an explanation of the Programs currently available.

Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced is an indication of your Training Experience, the Nutrition Plans are the same for each of these as they match your physique goals, not your Training level.

If your goal is to lose body fat and Tone up –then the M Challenge program is ideal for you! The program was developed to help you get muscle tone all over and shed excess body fat over 12 weeks and offer Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced training Levels. Gym or Home options.

Who it's suitable for?

The M Challenge Program Fat Loss is aimed at Women who:

  • Have a fair bit of body fat to lose
  • Are wanting to get that "Toned" look
  • Need to form some good Nutrition habits
  • Can dedicate 3 – 5 days a week to some hard training in the gym plus some added cardio

If your goal is to get shapely muscle and increase Strength – then M Challenge Muscle Gain is perfect for you! This program was developed to help you get stronger while increasing Muscle Shape, without adding excessive body fat over 12 weeks.

It includes Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced options, Home and Gym based exercises to choose from.

Who it's suitable for?

The M Challenge Muscle Gain Program is aimed at Women who:

  • Are willing to work hard in the Gym
  • Do not have a lot of body fat to lose
  • Want to add more Muscle Shape
  • Can dedicate 4 – 6 days a week to some hard training in the gym.
