Supplements are exactly what the name suggests, they're a supplement to our diet. However, even if you eat a perfect diet, you may be missing out on key nutrition when your body needs it.
We recommend during the Challenge you supplement your Nutrition Plan, it is not compulsory to use supplements during your Challenge but we do recommend to help speed up your results you use a good quality Protein powder to assist your Nutrition and some performance supps to help with your training.

Creatine is a compound made up of the amino acids Arginine and Glycine. Creatine is the most researched supplement on the market and can be found in small amounts in animal products such as Beef, Chicken and Seafoods.

Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are the amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine. BCAAs are primarily involved in Muscle Protein Synthesis (MPS). Your body cannot create BCAAs and you need to ingest them from food products. Along with growing and repairing muscle, BCAAs can act as a fuel source in hypocaloric states.
Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid and can benefit the body when deficient (e.g. plant based diets with low dairy intake) or during prolonged endurance exercise. Glutamine can promote intestinal and immune system health because these cells use glutamine as the preferred fuel source rather than glucose. Additionally, glutamine can aid muscle building in those who suffer from physical trauma or disease states. Anecdotally, glutamine is reported to reduce sugar cravings and improve overall gut health.
