I have always wanted to get into body building. I thought this would be an excellent way to start and see if I have a chance.
What did you like most about the challenge?
I liked that I got to learn about calories, and learn to manipulate my body. To see how far I could push myself and learn new limits. I always went to the gym and people would often comment that I didn't look like it. Now I have people ask me if they can have my workout guide. I have never had this much self confidence about my body, this challenge has really given me so much emotional happiness. I can't wait to do the next one!
What was the hardest thing about your challenge?
I found the hardest part was just around half way through I had to workout harder but eat less and I felt like I was starving. The food was a real struggle for me in the end, but I got through it. Small tips and tricks I learned on the community hub really helped.
What impact has the challenge had on your life?
It has given me so much confidence, and control. I want to continue on now and do more. I never thought I could be this lean but here I am.
What would you say to people who are thinking of doing the challenge?
Do it! it works, you have to work hard but the results are amazing!
Anything else you would like to tell us about the challenge?
It was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, but the most rewarding. I can never explain how much this challenge has helped me in my everyday life.
