question 1:
What was your reason to start the challenge?
This is my third attempt at the challenge. On my first attempt I did really well and was shocked at what I had achieved in just 12 weeks. After this, I fell back into bad habits so I decided to have another crack at the challenge, unfortunately, I didn't complete that challenge as I became a new dad and struggled with time to train and prepare healthy meals. Coming into this challenge I feel I am in the right frame of mind to be focused and ready to get back to my fittest and healthiest self. I think this 12 week challenge will provide me with all the tools I need to get there. Yeeww!! LETS DO THIS !!

What did you like most about the challenge?
I really enjoyed the training programs.. There were a lot of exercises I had never done before which now I will be keeping in all my training from here forward.. Also, I found the circuits at the end of the training sessions awesome in the lean and ripped program I really haven't sweated like I did in some of these sessions! They will also be staying in my training sessions now as a form of cardio! I found the Max's community on the facebook page to be unreal! That page really is another tool you need throughout the challenge. It kept me motivated seeing everyone's posts and positive feedback it really is something special to be a part of...
question 3:
What was the hardest thing about your challenge?
The hardest thing about my challenge was probably the first 4 weeks. I get up at 4am every morning to train before work so when I finished work I could come straight home to my family. This is what I did before the challenge but before the challenge if I had a rough night sleep or if I wasn't feeling up to it I'd just stay in bed.. Since day 1 of the challenge until now i haven't missed a session or stayed in bed.After I hit that 4 week mark and starting seeing results it become easier to get up and never once after that had I thought of not getting up for training just the first 4 weeks I'd say was the hardest just turning up no matter what!

What impact has the challenge had on your life?
This challenge has had a massive impact on my life. It has changed it dramatically for the better! My motivation to train has gone to the next level after getting the results I have. The excuse book has been thrown away there's no more being too tired to train or that feeling like I just don't feel like it anymore. I just get up and get it done.. I will continue to weigh all my food out. I was a big overeater and really just didn't know by how much until this challenge I now know what my body can do and how well it can perform with healthier food choices... I not only did this for myself but I wanted to be a great role model for my children, so that they grow up making healthy lifestyle choices.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing the challenge?
Don't think just do it!! It's 12 weeks of your life and if you trust the process it will work. I'm proof of this and so are many others on the Max's site and Facebook page. Be honest with yourself through the 12 weeks, if you slip up with nutrition or training it's not the end of the world don't beat yourself up just get back on track and get the job done! If you are honest with yourself and give this process 110% as I did, it will change your life it's 12 weeks. Just go for it!

Anything else you would like to tell us about the challenge?
The training programs were awesome and the videos that coach Steve put up on the website for the circuits were extremely helpful. Meal plans were super simple to follow and a great variety of different foods which kept it interesting.. I really can't fault my experience in the challenge I think the Max's team have nailed it well done!
