What was your reason to start the challenge?
Completed the jan 2020 challenge . And was stoked with the results , ive got so much more energy and drive and confidence. I feel like I’ve got the bug and I’m loving exercising. so why not follow the max plan ? It works!!

What did you like most about the challenge?
The mindset and information that it has given me to move forward toward my fitness goals. It is completely flexible and suitable to everybody from complete beginner to fully advanced athletes.the spread sheet set up made it so easy to keep track and stay organised.

What was the hardest thing about your challenge?
Keeping nutrition 100% and regularly training while working a 24/7 shift roster.

What impact has the challenge had on your life?
My life has done a complete 180 since joining the max's family, I work a very sedate job that requires a cat A medical to be employed, the last 5 years I have had a large weight gain and had formed some terrible habits, Max's has given me the tools needed to get in the best shape of my life in such a short time frame.Its changed my attitude towards diet and exercise and I'm feeling great.

What would you say to people who are thinking of doing the challenge?
If you are thinking there maybe a better version of yourself to be found, I would say join up to the next challenge and let Maxs help you find it, in 12 weeks time you will be a different person

Anything else you would like to tell us about the challenge?
This program taught me a lot about my body, About what it is capable of with the proper fuel and how to keep it nourished to get me through a big training session or just a big day.
