The programs are designed by our expert coaches to help you gain muscle, get leaner and learn about what works best for your body.
Your meal plans are based upon the goals you enter, so they will help you achieve the physique you are after, and better still, teach you how to eat and prepare your meals without excluding food groups. You’ll gain an understanding of how to best fuel your body, both in the M Challenge, and long-term.

Your Coaches are on-hand throughout the whole process to answer questions via our Forum and our Facebook group. Your Coaches created the plans, so they are able to assist you quickly. It will feel as though you have your own trainer on-hand. You’ll see lots of content, tips and educational material from our Coaches throughout every single week of your M Challenge. Our Ambassadors have been through multiple Challenges and they are also on-hand to help. Join our Community and you will not look back!
